Review of the Rolex Yacht-Master 40mm Blue Dial (Ref #126622)

In this review, we dig into the latest generation of the Rolex Yacht-Master 40mm Blue Dial (126622). This is an elegant sport watch from a company that has a rich heritage of building robust and precise professional watches. I recently reviewed another elegant sport watch (Vacheron Constantin Overseas 4500V) from a company with a rich heritage of creating more elegant dress watches with high complications, and compare with it here. From there we look at the specifications, pros/cons, and alternatives for those with larger wrists and/or differing tastes.

I stand by this pick as one of my favorites in the collection, but would not recommend paying current inflated gray market prices when there is such a huge selection of other great timepieces out there.
