Hi loves! Here are some of my hair growth tips! A lot of you guys have been following my hair growth since my last big chop in February of 2019. Since then I’ve been doing a few practices to get my curls to grow and I’ve decided to finally share this with you guys. Again, my hair naturally grows very quickly, so A LOT of my ability to grow my hair is genetic. But if you are consistent, you will start to see results!

Green Smoothie Recipe (for two):

(3-4) Stalks of Celery
(2 handfuls) Kale
(2 handfuls) Spinach
(1) Whole Cucumber
(2) Green Apples
(2 cups) Fresh Pineapple
(1 cup) Fresh Aloe
(1/2 cup) Fresh Ginger
(1 cup) Fresh Mint
1 cup of water (if necessary)
Receta de mi batida verde (para dos gente):

(3-4) Costillas de apio
(2 mano llena) de col rizada
(2 mano llena) Espinacas
(1) pepino entero
(2) manzanas verdes
(2 tazas) de piña fresca
(1 taza) Aloe fresco
(1/2 taza) de jengibre fresco
(1 taza) hoja de menta
1 taza de agua (según sea necesario)
