Landing Eagle Colorado, Rock slide on I-70, Pilot Vlog 47

Pilot Vlog 47. Flying the Cessna Citation XLS from Saint Louis to the Eagle Colorado Airport. During the flight we descend through cloud layers and snow showers before landing on runway 25. It's obvious during our drive to To the Grand Avenue Grill for lunch that lots of snow had fallen earlier this week. After lunch we start to drive to Glennwood Springs but Highway I-70 was closed due to a rock slide and was going to require a 150 mile detour to the north through the mountains. Fortunately we were able to get rooms in the Americinn in Eagle Colorado.
