Identifying leads on an unmarked 9 lead WYE connected Motor

If you have ever run into a situation where the leads of a motor had been lost or are no longer identifiable, you know how frustrating it can be to correctly wire that motor. In this video, we will show you how to go about identifying unmarked leads on a 9 lead wye connected motor. This technique does not use any high voltage, only a 6 volt battery to identify each of the winding's in the motor, and then to identify the correct polarity of those winding's.
