FM 22 Chelsea Youth Academy Challenge | Episode 7: Youth Recruitment Day and Tactics Talk

This save will see me managing Chelsea FC with a twist, as I look to achieve complete dominiation through the use of Chelsea's youth team and facilities.
At the start I must have at least 6 players trained at club in the starting 11 for every match, and as we go on this number will increase, with the aim to have an entire squad of players trained at the club!

In this much more chilled episode, we look at our latest batch of Cobham graduates that have come through to the club, before I talk through our tactical setup and how I like the team to play in a game against Aston Villa
