Once you have a business listing on Recommend.my, you will start receiving customer requests for quotes or bookings.

If a customer requests for your service (e.g. renovation contractor), you will receive a notification of that request in your email or vendor mobile app.

If you are interested to respond to it, you can reply the customer, along with your cost estimate, and attach any photos or files.

If the customer is interested, they will reply to you, and you can arrange for site visit.
