Quadriplegic Transfer from a low couch with No Triceps

Live To Roll - Hey everyone! This is another transfer video but this is me using the transfer technique to get out of a much lower couch. The couch sits about 8-10 inches lower than my seat cushion. When I went for the transfer in this video my pants caught the brake and unlocked the inside brake so the chair started to move on me but I was able to salvage it because of the stability of this transfer technique.
I also mentioned breathing exercises to control spasms so I'll have a video on that as well very soon.
