"Innate" - One Word That Changes Everything, Baron A Rohbock at TEDxMacquarieUniversity

Baron Rohbock graduated with honors in Business Management and Leadership. With a passion for training and working with teams, he entered the learning and development field as Director of Training for Taylor Hartman, author of The People Code (previously published as The Color Code). In this role, Baron delivered training to large and small companies in various industries across the United States.
After four years, Baron moved into a career that would expand his international business skills and accepted a position with a large IT company. During these next 7 years, Baron was placed on an accelerated career and leadership path in the America's, Australia and was ultimately promoted to Vice President, responsible for leading the organization that looked after all existing customers in 16 countries across Asia Pacific.
With this breadth of knowledge, Baron returned to the training industry to combine first hand management and executive leadership experience with a passion for working with teams to shape results. In 2011 he started Core MotivAction, a training company dedicated to personal, professional and team development.
