Pumpkin Muffins:
1 cup of oats
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1 whole egg
2 tbsp of alternative milk
1/2 tsp of baking soda
2 tbsp of coconut sugar
1 pinch of salt
& a dash of nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, vanilla
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
