Quill - Paint and Animate in VR

Quill released the animation feature update today! It's hard to put in worlds how excited I am about this update.
Quill created numerous memorable breakthrough moments for me as an artist since I started working in VR.
Animation is the most exciting one to date.

Some of you might know that I started my career as a 3D character animator, and I learned how to paint in my spare time which landed me a Job in the Animation industry. It's been 10 years since I did the career change but animation always had special place in my heart and I made sure that I always keep that skill alive with little side projects.
With the Quill animation update I found a tool where I could combine both of my skill sets, illustration and animation, in an intuitive way. All the technical barriers I would have with the traditional 3D approach such as rigging, surfacing, lighting and rendering are now gone. I can skip all those steps and just focus on the part of creation.
This is game changing and for me as an artist a dream come true! I'm convinced that Quill and creation in VR in general will change many artists' lives as it sure changed mine forever. This update is available immediately! Enjoy the trailer!
