French Onion Meatballs

Trust me when I say you are going to want to put this on your menu immediately- this is quite possibly the best thing I have EVER made.
French onion meat-a-balls-a (that's an Italian accent.)
The meatballs don't matter it's all about that sauce - I made homemade meatballs but you can use frozen.

For the sauce:
- 1 lb sweet onions
- 1 tosp butter
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 1/4 cups beef broth
Cook this slow and slow on your stovetop until onions are carmalized, poor sauce over cooked meatballs.
Cover with swiss cheese & parsley and throw back in the oven until everything is melty
