Rogue fitness held a competition in which Dennis Vasilev - an 11 time kettlebell sport world champion - competed in; achieving 279 reps with a 24 kg Kettlebell in the Snatch.
Next to this incredible performance, his form was impeccable. I call him the precision artist when it comes to his technique, form and execution of the three Kettlebell sport lifts.
