Rogue fitness held a competition in which Dennis Vasilev - an 11 time kettlebell sport world champion - competed in; achieving 279 reps with a 24 kg Kettlebell in the Snatch.

Next to this incredible performance, his form was impeccable. I call him the precision artist when it comes to his technique, form and execution of the three Kettlebell sport lifts.

If you follow his social media, you also see that he’s a technician, who constantly scrutinizes himself to improve every minute detail in his lifting technique.

He’s also been on our kettle knights podcast, and he’s as humble as can be. The real fun begins in the comments of the facebook video, where Rogue Fitness congratulated Denis on his achievement.
