MongoTV_18104 - ENGLISH VLOG 1708 - A Walk Early Sunday in Nice Sunshine

Good SUNDAY. A beautiful summer day again, in little Denmark, with sun and warmth. It's only 10.20 now, and soon 11. I just went for a walk to LIDL, and did some shopping for 64 kroner, and went back home and unloaded food and 2 packs of kitchen rolls, and then set off again, and walked 3-4 kilometers :-) It's not so nice to go and exercise when you're in poor physical shape like me, and still weigh over 120 kilos. You sweat a lot, and your body becomes sore and stiff. But there's no way around doing it if I want to lose 20-30 kilos in the future, and, like, down below 95 kilos. and very preferably below 90 kilos. I would like to weigh a little under 90 kilos, with shoes and clothes on, if I ever want to fly a glider again in the future? But that's not the only reason why my high weight needs to LOSE. So now I just want to wait for Monday morning soon so I can get my rent and bills paid for the month of August.
