I've been looking for a way to bring the "moment of creation" into performances. I find this both lacking in a lot of contemporary electronic music, and moreover I find "jumping through hoops" in order to replay an existing song frustrating and far less enjoyable. This route I take involves more risk, but also more reward, when it works. What you're seeing here is me searching for sounds, trying things out, sometimes making mistakes, and sometimes finding the something I like. I never know what I'm going to make before I start.

I use Ableton Push (the instrument you see me using) and Ableton Live, together with a series of synthesisers, percussive sounds and samples I've recorded in everyday life. I'm still adding things I find, trying to find a balance in order to keep it interesting.
