I’ve been going down the rabbit hole on the new GENIUS Act and CLARITY Act, and the conversations around blockchain, crypto regulation, and real estate are getting REALLY interesting.

Some experts believe these laws could help push blockchain further into mainstream finance… and eventually impact how people invest in real estate.

As a mortgage professional, I think this raises some big questions:

* Does this create more opportunity?
* Or does it turn housing even more into an investment product?

This is definitely something I’m paying attention to.
