This high-protein Instant Soya Dosa is perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack. Made with nutritious soya chunks, a bit of suji, and whole wheat atta, it’s not only packed with protein but also crisp and absolutely delicious.

The best part? It comes together in just 15 minutes, making it an ideal choice for busy mornings or when you’re craving something light yet filling.

- Add lots of water to the batter so that it is a pouring consistency
- Tawa to be hot while making the Dosa
- Every time you prepare the dosa, mix the batter well to ensure the atta and suji, which settle at the bottom, are well combined.

Ingredients:
* 1 cup soya chunks
* 1/2 cup suji (semolina)
* 1/2 cup whole wheat atta (flour)
* Salt to taste
* 1 finely chopped onion
* 1/2 tsp cumin/jeera seeds
* 1/2 tsp black pepper, crushed
* 1/2 inch ginger, chopped
* 2-3 finely chopped green chillies
* 1 tsp chilli flakes
* 2 sprigs of curry leaves, chopped
* A handful of chopped coriander leaves
* Water as needed
* Oil or ghee for cooking

Method:
1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 5 mins
2. Blend the soaked chunks into a smooth paste with some rava/suji and water
3. Pour into a bowl, add atta and mix well
4. Add chopped onions, ginger, crushed pepper, jeera, curry leaves, green chillies, chilli flakes, salt, fresh dhania, water and mix well into a thin batter
5. Pour the dosa batter on a hot tawa, cook till crisp and ENJOY!!!
