I Built a Reviews & Reputation Agent in Node.js (Local LLM, No API Keys)

Agent #8 in the series: a Reviews & Reputation agent in Node.js. It reads each customer review, detects sentiment, and writes a brand-voice reply — and when a review needs a human (refund, safety, legal), it escalates with a reason instead of auto-replying. Runs on a local LLM via Ollama — no API keys.

It calls two tools — the review and your brand voice — then makes one forced-JSON LLM call to classify sentiment, draft the reply, and decide on escalation.
