If you sell on Amazon and you have customers create a return you will automatically have that sale refunded and Amazon is supposed to send you back your unfulfillable inventory but sometimes they mess up and instead of getting your expensive product you could get something completely different because the warehouse messed up the return. So because of the whole complicated Fulfillment by Amazon system that isn't perfect basically you could send out a $1000 item and get a $50 item back.
