India-Bangladesh border tension: Delhi accused of breaching fencing agreement

Tensions are rising along the border between India and Bangladesh.
Indian guards tried to put up barbed wire fences but Bangladeshi authorities say the construction breaches international agreements.
Officials from both countries are expected to meet in mid-February to discuss border concerns.
