POV: You go to a Kerala housewarming just for "lunch"... and they serve THIS 😂🍽️

Went to my neighbour's housewarming ceremony today and this was my full lunch plate. No breakfast, no dinner from there - just one solid, unforgettable meal.

Here's what was on my banana leaf:

📍STARTER: Appam + Vegetable Stew
Soft, lacy appams dipped in creamy coconut milk stew loaded with carrots, beans, and potato. The perfect Kerala comfort combo. Pro tip: Stew il oru spoon ghee ozhichal heaven.

📍MAIN COURSE: Thalassery Chicken Biriyani
The showstopper. Fragrant Kaima rice, tender chicken pieces, fried onions, cashews, and that signature Kerala biriyani masala. One word: Vera Level. Went for a small second helping... okay maybe not so small 😂

📍DESSERT: Ice Cream
Classic vanilla to cool down after all that spice. Simple, but it hit the spot after a heavy biriyani.

TOTAL VERDICT: 9.5/10. Appam stew for the soul, biriyani for the heart, ice cream for the happy ending.

Kerala housewarmings don't mess around with food. Even if it's "just lunch", you leave with a food baby.
