Africa Matters: Uganda’s wider net

The International Telecommunication Union says about two out of five people in Africa have internet access. This connectivity is still relatively low compared to other parts of the world. However, a tech-focused charity organisation is working to change this by establishing multi-purpose internet hubs in remote areas.
