Janna Levin, professor of Physics and Astronomy at Barnard College of Columbia University; author of How the Universe Got Its Spots and A Madman Dreams of Turing Machines. She talks about her work in theoretical physics: gravity, the topolgy of space time, black holes, and dark matter. Levin gave the 2014–15 Cressman Lecture: "From the Big Bang to Black Holes: Time, the Universe, and Everything" on 2/19/15.
