Woman rescued from burning home in Peoria | FOX 10 Phoenix

A woman is in critical condition after a fire broke out at a mobile home in Peoria.

The fire happened near 79th and Peoria avenues, and crews responded at around 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 29. According to officials, the victim was trapped inside the home.

Besides the woman, two dogs were inside the home at the time, and one of them did not make it. The other dig was taken to animal control. Officials said one firefighter and one police officer were exposed to smoke, and another firefighter was also injured. All are expected to be OK.
