What happens to a lake that loses all it's water?

I live on Lake Dunlap, a lake that de-watered due to a dam failure. This video is an update on how the lake is doing and what the community did in response.

Check out the website for Committee to Restore Lake Dunlap. They led the charge and got it done!

They also have a pretty nice little YouTube channel. Check it out here:

We are a family that does a little bit of everything, including hunting, fishing, wine making, and repairing engines and vehicles as well as building/repairing homes, camphouses, deer blinds, deer feeders, and a whole lot more.

We divide our time between 3 separate and unique ranches in the South Texas Hill Country - an area renowned for it's monster bucks, variety of exotic game, legendary hogs, and the occasional coyote or bobcat.

I'll be documenting our adventures with weekly uploads every Wednesday. Lots of big projects coming up including building a home from the ground up.
