Hey guys! Thankyou for giving my video a watch, let me know your opinion on it, in the comment section! Id love to know 😊 This is a full day of eating on a particular day. What I eat in a day changes day to day. These are just some ideas of the types of foods I eat. If you would like to see more regular videos like this, Let me know! Blueberry muffin chia pudding:
- 40g chia seeds
- 30g vanilla soy isolate
- Squeeze of a lemon
- Around 150ml water
- 100g blueberries
Toppings:
- 50g blueberries
- 3g flaked almonds
- 25g banana slices
Snack – Chickpea cookie dough
- 100g chickpeas – drained, washed and uncooked
- 50ml almond milk
- 5g powdered my protein PB
- 5g agave nectar
- Toppped with cacao nibs
Homemade vegan protein spelt bread recipe:
Macros per slice – makes 17 slices roughly –
113kcals / 19.3C/ 1.5F / 4.3P
- 475g spelt flour
- 310ml water
- 35g chia seeds
- 1 sachet of dried activated yeast
- 15g agave nectar
- 7ml olive oil
