CSS Rotation Description
-------------------------------
For Hours:
360 degrees / 12 hours = 30 degrees [ We have to 30 degrees of rotation for each hour ]
For Minutes and Seconds:
360 degrees / 60 minutes = 6 degrees [ We have to use 6 degrees of rotation for each minute and seconds ]
