Running the NYC Marathon to change America’s prison system

Rahsaan Thomas is running the New York City Marathon after spending more than two decades behind bars. Thomas, a writer and podcaster, hopes to inspire change for the American prison system and support his nonprofit that helps other incarcerated writers and artists. NBC News’ Kate Snow shares this story.
