UPDATE 2/11/18: We seriously cannot thank you all enough. This is so incredible that just by a simple remix has helped so many. We would have never expected for this video to blow up in the community as it did and how much it as impacted us and you all! We are working hard on those new videos but we were attempting to wait until we met up for Imbolc but we totally forgot. We'll crank out videos by the end of this month, guaranteed. What is a therian?
A Therian, (Short for Therianthrope) is a non-human earthen animal an individual identifies AS (NOT with) either Spiritually or Psychologically. Therians do not identify WITH a non-human earthen animal, they Identify AS.
BRIEF REMINDER: To be a therian all you need is yourself and your identity. To be a therian you don't need tails. Having 'gear' does not make you a therian! You do not have to be 'emo' or 'edgy'. Majority of therians are very boho and outgoing individuals.
Also keep in mind, therians are fully aware of that fact that they are human.
!! YOUR THERIOTYPE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE A PAST LIFE !!
What's a Phantom Shift?
(Simplified): A Phantom shift is whenever a therian feels the limbs of their theriotype that aren't their physical limbs. They cannot be seen or felt by anyone. For example, some might have a Phantom Shift of claws, their tail, or ears. Others might have a full body shift or half body shift.
Keep in mind that not all phantom shifts come from your theriotype! You could be cameo shifting which is a shift of another animal that is not your theriotype.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Not all therians Phantom Shift. A lot of therians do not shift at all.
What does Otherhearted mean?
When someone is otherhearted they are someone who indentifies with a non-human creature. When you are otherhearted, you refer to the animal you identify with as your 'Kithtype'.
