FRESH CATCH COCONUT FISH & BEACH COOKING ISLAND STYLE!!

Exploring and fishing remote tropical islands off Sumatra Indonesia. Catching fish off the beach and cooking it tropical island style! I made a fire pit with old pieces of coral and coconut shells, for heat insulation. Then cooked the fish using sticks as a grill on the open fire pit. We brought fresh lime, salt and pepper to add a bit of extra flavour to the delicious tropical fish. Was super yum, cant wait to do this again.
