Forehand Kinetic Chain - Pronation and Racket Speed
Each part of the kinetic chain plays an important role but here we focus on the role of the shoulder. By stopping the shoulder we allow the arm to pronate and the wrist to move to create racket speed and a more efficient kinetic chain.
