Hello and welcome to this week's vlog.

This week is a behind the scenes look at the National Track Cycling Championships with the KGF Team.

I was there on the Sunday when the team were competing in the team pursuit final against the 100% ME team.

The team gave great insight into what it takes in order to be competitive at a national and international level, openly discussing their power numbers and equipment.
