Gyumri Family Receives New Home

For close to two decades, Natalia Struk and her family have lived in a ramshackle hut in Gyumri, Armenia. The hovel which they called home lacked even the most basic of comforts, including a bathroom, running water, and gas.

In 2016, the family’s life changed forever when the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund’s Western US affiliate gifted an apartment to it. Made possible through a donation from benefactors Mr. and Mrs. Harutyun and Rita Mesrobian of Los Angeles, Natalia’s new home is newly renovated and fully furnished, and includes appliances.
