Off grid restoration. Temporary kitchen, plumbing, electrics & lime wash.

Today we got the electrics in for the washing machine and fridge/freezer. The washer is working and at least we can have clean clothes when we move in, without having to scrub them on a stone in the river - which would be very difficult as there are no rivers near us.... The bedroom lime wash is really coming along after a minor setback and the downstairs loo is close to full functionality. We also picked some of our organic veg to have with our Sunday dinner, which is the best! We need to keep the vegetables coming because it would be very difficult to go back to supermarket vegetables after the joys and tastes we have been eating. It's steadily coming together but we still have much to do and much to learn.
