Handling an Airsoft CHEATER the right way

I can't believe I'm making this video, but after this experience of cheating and poor sportsmanship I couldn't ignore it. In my 12 years of playing airsoft I have come to accept that players don't always call their hits. I'd say 90% of the time is someone doesn't call their hits it isn't intentional, but that other 10% have a serious integrity issue. Best thing to do in these situations is to let the refs know about the issue, provide the footage if you have it, and let them handle it. Do NOT get angry on the field- ALWAYS take the moral high ground.

After this game I showed the ref this footage and he went to talk to the player but he and his friends had left for the day rather than be reprimanded by the field staff. If they did nothing wrong, they wouldn't have left so quickly.

Thank you to the staff at this field for taking care of this issue- you guys are awesome. I don't believe this cheater is a reflection on the field in any way.
Still had a great time and I will definitely return to this field!
