Thunderbolt 1003 Civil Defense Siren Special Test, Pulse Signal With Blower

Recorded on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. This is a special test of the (not mine) privately owned Thunderbolt 1003B in "Pulse". Siren is not mine. Siren is set on chopper 4. But sounds like it's on chopper 6. The test was done manually by me. The custom built RCM3 does not work probably where it will stop running during the test of the solenoids only. Likely caused by overload from the solenoids' amps. The RCM3 (digital) was programmed by cooldomino in AZ and assembled by Thunderbolt owner. This siren belongs to CentralIllinoisSirens (name changed to CentralIllinoisTrainsAndSirens). Unfortunately, my main camera (Canon T7 1500D) failed after recording too long of a video. So this video was recorded from my back up camera. This siren was bought from West Shore Services in 2020. This siren was rebuilt and installed on his family owned property. It's used as a county/storm siren. But currently the siren is not 24 hours standby yet. Thanks to him for allowing me to come up and try to do this test. Siren's location is in Illinois. I couldn't include a conclusion video of me and my siren at the end of this video due to very gusty wind destroyed the audio.

Siren Info:
Thunderbolt 1003B-A2, 4 RPM
Blower: A2, 4M single phase (came from different Thunderbolt 1000T he has)
Chopper: 5/6 (set on terminal 4). Yes it sounds like it's on 6, but it is set on chopper 4.
RCM1: C series
RCM2: Old FC and AF Timer
Custom built digital RCM3

Recorded by:
Panasonic HC-V180K
Canon Rebel EOS T7 1500D (walk around tour)
