The streets of the 7 de Agosto neighborhood have never been unoccupied despite the quarantine. For months, when Mayor Claudia López decreed pedagogical isolation, the merchants in the marketplace and the neighboring sex workers did not confine themselves. The needs were pressing. In the square, under the accompaniment of the Institute for the Social Economy, they began to dispatch fruits, vegetables, and meats through homes to nearby houses.
