Today I thought I would review the new Ciate London Microblade Brow Pen! It has 4 prongs which enable to you mimic hair strokes. It comes in 3 shades; Soft Brown, Deep Brown & Charcoal. The formulation is very water-resistant which would be ideal for humid & hot climates, or for those special occasions where you need your brows to stay in place ALL day!
