German Chancellor Olaf Scholz: Russia's war in Ukraine is an attack on "our international order"

"Russia's brutal war of aggression against Ukraine is being fought in Europe, but it is, at the same time, an attack against fundamental principles of our international order," Chancellor Scholz said as he accepted the Atlantic Council's 2023 Global Citizen Award in New York.
