This beginner level, total body yoga stretch routine is gentle enough for a complete yoga beginner, AND can still be used as a daily or weekly stretch routine for anyone looking for gentle and relaxing, but deep stretches. Echo offers a beautiful intro, and on the physical side, this at home, quick flow is designed to help us reconnect our bodies and minds, AND can also help us have stronger, more flexible, and relaxed bodies!
