Eat More Food! Just Make It Real Food!

Sometimes when our bodies crave something, we confuse craving nutrients with craving junk.

You think you’re craving potato chips…
but maybe your body just wants potatoes.

You think you’re craving pizza and cheese…
but maybe some organic cheese, rice, and quality beef or steak would actually satisfy the craving without sending you completely off the rails.

A huge part of staying lean year round is learning how to interpret your body’s signals instead of blindly feeding every craving ultra-processed food.

That’s how I stay at 6–7% body fat year round at my size while still enjoying food. I’ve learned how to make sense of the craving and make the better choice.

And if you are going to cheat… cheat responsibly.

Use whole, nutrient-dense foods with ingredients your body actually recognizes.
Not foods with ingredient labels that look like a science experiment.
