The First Wizarding War [October 31st]

Today is the 31st of October. Thirty-six years ago, on this same day, Lily and James Potter died, Voldemort was defeated, the First Wizarding War ended and Harry Potter became the Boy who Lived.
Zoè and I decided to make this video for this special occasion and I’m honestly so pleased with how it turned out. It took us almost two months to sort things out, choose our cast of characters and plan everything, and we also managed to finish it in time for today so I’m really impressed with ourselves!

Harry Potter has been (and still is) the biggest part of my life. I truly believe that reading these books saved my life and shaped me into the woman I am today. I’ve always been so intrigued by the First Wizarding War, the Marauders and everything that surrounded them so this video brings me so much joy. I had a lot of fun while editing this and I really hope you’ll like it as much as we do!

I'm amazed by her talent and I love how much we both got into this project and into these characters’ backgrounds during the editing. She’s also a really fun person to talk to and I really enjoyed working with her and plotting things together. I hope we can do it again one day!

There’s not really much to say, I really hope everything’s clear. It wasn’t very easy fitting all these storylines in a 3 minutes long video but I think we did a pretty good job. Anyway, thanks for watching!
