Cutting Logs and Breaking Blades | The Ups and Downs of Sawing Logs

Cutting logs and breaking blades pretty much sums up today's episode as I show you the ups and downs of sawing logs. Many many good days at the sawmill have been had in the past and will continue to be had moving forward, but there sure are some days when I shake my head. When I look back on instances like those that happen in today's episode, one thing I can also say is "it can always be worse". Truer words have never been spoken on this channel. As you'll seen today, problems that come up can happen at the most inconvenient time and ultimately side-track cutting plan. Despite this, I'm out doing what I do making sawdust and drinking sludge (coffee) so life is good in my books. Check out the big pile of logs I've got stacked up on the log deck today as I pick away at them raising the pile of finished lumber in my lumber shed. The Woodland Mills is getting another workout as are my patience today, let's just hope my luck improve as I make my way towards another day. Glad you're all here and hope everyone is well out there.
