Episode 22 - Flores and Tikal, North Guatemala
After another looong shuttle ride from Lanquin to the north of Guatemala, we finally made it to Flores, a small island town on Lake Peten. We chilled there, using it as a base to go to Jorje's rope swing (so fun!), and more importantly visit the former Mayan kingdom of Tikal, one of the best places we've ever been - with extraordinary nature, animals and a Mayan ruin that was a set for Star Wars!
