CEO of the other side (CEO) wants Ru Yin to lead the team of soul reapers to arrest Lao Ma and Da Niu. When Ru Yin reaches Fang's house, Ke Wei is making his way to the school alumni gathering. She follows him involuntarily. The rest of the soul reapers have no choice but to return to the underworld. Xiao Hei secretly informs Lao Ma and Da Diu about Ru Yin being left alone and asks them to find an opportunity to distort her soul.
