Laying out a Brand New City - Verde Beach! (Vanilla Cities Skylines Build)

Welcome to Verde Beach! Today we're going to lay the foundation for a brand new city using a (mostly) vanilla version of Cities: Skylines.* The aim of this build is to naturally progress through gameplay while creating a detailed, natural, and well-planned city. All industries, modes of transportation, parks, unique buildings, and monuments will eventually be placed within Verde Beach.

*All DLC and Creator Packs are enabled for this build, as are a few visual enhancement mods (Dynamic Resolution, Sharper Textures, etc.). Everything in this series will be applicable to all versions of the game, regardless of platform. No Steam Workshop assets or gameplay changing mods will be enabled in this build.
