East Point Episode 1.08 (Sims 2 Machinima)

In this episode Austin faces off with Xavier and realizes she put something in his drink. Megan finds comfort with an old friend until Austin shows up. Megan battles with demons from her past and shows a darker side to herself. This episode might shock some because it put Megan into a new light. I felt that Megan's character needed an edge to her. Nobody likes a perfect character or a goody two shoes. She seems so much realer and richer to me now. I enjoy writing for her character now because she's flawed just like all of us. I come off as a nice person to many and many people comment on what a nice guy I am but they don't realize the demons I battle with. I have problems with depression, insecurity, self-image issues, and abandonement issues. Many people don't know this about me because I keep it hidden. I said all that to say this, our bad characteristics are just as important as our good character traits. Nobody is good all the time and it's easier to be nice when things are going well. A person's true character shows up when they are put into stressful situations. It's hard to keep the masks on when the world is crumbling around you. I wanted to show that with my characters. I feel that it adds dimension to them. I loved Marissa on the O.C. because she was so flawed. She was not perfect by any means but yet she was the main protagonist of the show. Also, I like Serena on Gossip Girl for the same reason (she annoys me sometimes because she comes off as wishy washy). Enough of my psycho babble. Enjoy the episode!
