*NEW* Green Reactive Peacekeeper Skin Glitch And Mastiff Glitch? (Apex Legends)

This glitch happens often with the "green surge" volt skin, and the nemesis with a peacekeeper, as for the mastiff, it is reactive but the reactive breaks after a certain amount of kills and just floods the screen.
