Vegetable Rice Kabab (Cutlets) - वेज चावल के कबाब

Rice Kabab is a different kind of kabab simply because it is made with rice instead of conventional potato or chicken or any other stuffing agent.

Rice and rice flours are normally added to a recipe to either make it gluten-free (for people suffering from a disease called Celiac) or make the final product crispier.
We are today showcasing them with Rice, Vegetables and Cheese to give kabab a new taste and dimension. Try them and i bet that you will love them.

1 cup Boiled Rice
1/2 Cup (Our 1 Cup = 240 ML) Small Cubes of Mozzarella Cheese.
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
3 Bread Slices
2 Tsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup (Our 1 Cup = 240 ML) Chopped Mixed Vegetables(Capsicum, French Beans, Carrot, Onion)
1 Tsp Cornflour
1/4 Tsp Grated Garlic
8-10 Basil Leaves
1 Tsp Salt
