Coleman CT200U mini-bike simple hop-up gain up to 11 mph with no added parts except for a $1⁷⁹ spring. My wife and I have a pair of these and they are completely out of the box stock except for the mods shown in this video. Both of them will run 31 mph. These mods allows the governor to still limit the top speed, but will give more throttle and more power in the low to mid range. If you completely disable the governor, you will get "valve float" and eventually burn the valves. You MUST use heavier springs if you disable the governor. Both of ours floated the valves at 33 mph. Changing the springs would likely add a few more mph.
