Here´s the Recipe:
240 g Bread Flour (higher dough rise & becomes more elastic )- 80 g Sugar - 5 g Salt - 2 tsp. Vanilla - 7 g Dry Yeast.
2 Eggs - 140 g Whole Milk - 75 g Melted Butter
Bake for 9 min. 160 °C
